Dr. Kevin Stock is a dentist and a leading advocate and authority on meat-based diets. He has over two decades of nutrition research, all of which is compiled into Meat Health Academy, his flagship program on how to transform your body and health with a meat-based diet.

  1. Hi Dr. Stock. I like the meat diet but can empty my bowels without some veggies. I had a removal of my colon as.no peristalsis . They attached small intestine to rectum. Don’t want that to stop too. Do really want to do all meat for weight loss and health. Any suggestions?Really appreciate it. Tina VanBenschoten

    1. Hi Tina, in certain circumstances (like your own) it can be advantageous to include some plant-based foods. Now which ones to eat, how often, when to eat them, ect…there’s a lot that goes into that. This is something we go through in great detail in Meat Health Academy and something I think you’d find extremely helpful.
