Disclosure and Disclaimers

This site and company is primarily for providing information and help.

Regardless, beginning December 1, 2009, the FTC requires bloggers to disclose whenever there could be hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations.  So here we go…

First, the obvious: Meat Health, LLC, is a company and may promote and sell products and services both from itself and partners.

Second, the less obvious: Per the FTC rules, if Meat Health, LLC interviews someone and they grab the bill for lunch, we would need to disclose this. Ditto if we use an Amazon link that gets us 9 cents instead of an Amazon link that gets us 0 cents. If someone gives us a nice meat basket with a logo and we share a photo of it, same deal. Disclaimers. Disclaimers. Disclaimers all over the place. This would be tedious, nearly impossible, for us to track and even more tedious for readers. But rules are rules. To cover our ass and preserve your reading experience, please assume that, for every link and product we use, the following all hold true:
